Cancellation Policy

Guaranteed bookings can be cancelled by sending a cancellation request to info@losbergi.lv.

Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date (at least 3 calendar days in advance). In this case, only a 25% reservation deposit will be charged.

For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the arrival date (less than 3 calendar days in advance), the full price of the booking (100%) will be charged.

In an emergency, SIA “Losbergi” has the right to cancel the reservation on objective grounds, for example:

Force majeure or other circumstances for which SIA “Losbergi” bears no responsibility and which delay the provision of services.
Misleading or false information was provided at the time of booking, concerning important facts such as false personal or credit card details.

Guests are not entitled to compensation for justified cancellation by the resort.
